Seaway Cottage is a warm, welcoming and romantic place where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the landscape. The South Downs and the beach are just a short walking distance from the cottage for you to go cycling, walking, meet other women or just focus on yourself. For those who fancy going to Brighton there is an excellent bus service or an undercliff walk. This is a women's only accommodation place.

Rottingdean village, in the main, consists of the High Street: the lower part with an excellent assortment of shops, restaurants, few tea shops, the post office and its beautiful beach. The upper part of the High Street boasts some of the most beautiful period cottages and houses to be found anywhere in Brighton.

The main attractions in the town are Kipling’s Garden, Rottingdean Windmill, St. Margaret’s Church with its beautiful stained glass windows and some traditional old inns which were once frequented by smugglers in the area.
